I had this issue recently - what worked for me (after reading Keyspan's instructions again - you cannot have both versions of Keyspan on the same machine & nor should you need to) is don't just use the uninstaller from Keyspan. Do finder find files for all files to do with Keysapn, both on your OSX & OS9 partitions. Make sure all these are trashed completely. Reboot. Re-install just the OS version of Keyspan you need (would that be just for OS9 for your Sinarcam?) and load it in the correct partition - obviously!! Do as the installer procedure says, check that it's using the right port (turning off/disconnecting your Sinarcam before should help) - and that worked for me. Hope this helps.
