Hi Peter, Welcome to the forum. I am not sure I can suggest anything that you haven't already tried but just in case.. Is it 10.3.x and 4.1? Is the Keyspan unplugged when you install? Does the keyspan appear in the both the apple profiler and the start up connection dialogue box in CS4.1? In this box are you choosing the right one of the two ports? Not much help I'm afraid, in the meantime can't you boot into 9.2 and run CS in that?
