When you make a hybrid CD, you can select a file to autorun (I think on the
PC partition you have to include an autorun inf file*). I can't remember off
hand whether it's possible to autorun a html file but I would've thought you
can. IAC, on the PC you can autorun most of the time but not some of the
time. On the Mac you can some of the time and but not most of the time. It
all depends on how the user has defined their autoplay/start settings.

Photoshop doesn't create the html pages in Netscape, or any other browser.
After generating them, it views them in your default browser, or one that
you have specified as the default in Photoshop or ImageReady.

To set your default browser in Photoshop CS, open the SfW panel and click on
the browser icon at the bottom of the window to access the Edit Browser List
dialog. Use it to find all your browsers and then define one as the default.
In ImageReady, you can access the same dialog from the File > Preview In
command.

I would thing something is wrong with your system setup or Photoshop
install. Hard to pin point the problem from this distance. I can say that it
works here!

* Create a "text" file and name it Autorun.inf. In it type:
[autorun]
OPEN=YourFile.htm

Include it at the root level of your CD (making sure your YourFile.htm file
is also at the same level.

HTH.
