Got to agree the files look good. What is more interesting is doing a
comparison with the review files for the 1Ds. The sky is smoother with much
less noise. 

Other qualities are perhaps harder to compare as the Kodak file is over 1MB
smaller than the 1Ds file. Which could suggest a higher amount of jpeg
artifacts. Although I don't know for sure what settigs were used.
 
Not a complaint to you, but the shots were posted on 12th February as part
of the PMA relese story. The camera was described as "an early SLR/n" which
sounds as though it is a production sample not a preproduction model.

The strength of these files and others online and after tests with the 14n
convinced me to put my name down for one. So roll on "late March early
April" :)
