Charlie, I'm not a canon user but suggest that if 2 or more of you are suffering the same problem its got to be worth using the power of groups such as this to confront the maker with the problem. They can no longer divide and conquer Prodig has the opportunity as a "collective" to help shape manufacturers way of supporting customers,just look at the Kodak Pro pricing in the UK compared with the USA,Its not worth importing now !
