Dear list, This is an if. If kodak keep the same body and guarentee that when the technology comes out with regards to chip that can be bought as an upgrade along with electronics, then It will be a winner. Martin if your listening please suggest this. It makes sense and will mean a good investment. I am waiting till the autumn to upgrade, but here is a few minor suggestions to make the kodak a lot better except the chip upgrades as an offer could be good. The two main gripes I think people will have on this list is some form of weather proofing and a flash sych speed faster than 1/180. Everyone seems to be going for 1/250 now. The d1x has is right at 1/500s for normal flash and then a high speed with the nikon flash guns. I think the flash sych speed is the main gripe of dslr cameras.
