I'm running XP, and I've tried re-setting the preferences on start-up but it still happens. Could someone try this on XP for me? File>Info, type in anything in the 'Description' box, then Print with Preview and tick 'Description' - I get an error message and the description does not print. Thankfully it still works in V7!
