Snip: Could someone try this on XP for me? File>Info, type in anything in the'Description' box, then Print with Preview and tick 'Description' - I get an error message and the description does not print.
Brian, Results of my test on WinXP and PSCS: 1st attempt: (to printer) "could not print because of a program error". 2nd attempt: (to Acrobat Distiller) "printed" to a PDF file ok, with description. 3rd attempt: did nothing, and suddenly my printer splutters into life, prints the document, but leaves off the description. A successful workaround at this stage would be: Print to Acrobat Distiller, then print to paper from there.
