I have seen the Eitzo lcd which is around �900+ VAT for the 18inch and �1200 for the 21(or22?). Seemed pretty good. They are factory calibrated so very little to do with the hardware settings, just left for you to profile. Very smooth greyscale gradation when compared to a lacie electron blue. i.e. it just looks nice and neutral...oooooh!
