I would ask everyone to please respect the list mum's polite request 
that the following threads be considered closed.   This was made clear 
inside the respective threads so as to avoid an unnecessarily heavy list 
presence by the list mum, but this seems to not have been effective 
unfortunately.

This last thread should have asked for interested persons to make 
contact Off list obviously.  Come on guys, some plain old common sense

If anyone wants to continue the "saga" of cheap print packages and 
various alternatives, please do it off list.
