I have recently had to fend off criticism from a client (not a designer) who received my photo via email. His email program showed the picture in a more favourable colour than his unset up version of photoshop on his uncalibrated monitor. My question is what is the best way to explain to people why the two programs should be so different in as quick and easy way as possible. Hugh
