I seem to recall a thread regarding embossing copyright symbols in PS. All I want to do is simply type the symbol in an action. Alt+g I know works on the Mac but alt+c on the PC only seems to work in word processor and not PS. Anyone care to enlighten me? PS7 running on XP Pro.

If you are trying to do this to "watermark" your images, and don't care about the loss of metadata, you can enable the "security" feature while running the Automate >> Web Gallery function and you can print a large or small � or a string of text of your choice over the image.
If you want to watermark your logo, or some other graphic file it's possible to do that as well, but works best if you save the graphic as an "eps" file first, and then use the "place" feature in photoshop.
