Dick You often make sweeping statements about the kit some people chose to use and cast doubt on their professionalism if they don't use what you deem proper kit. I'm rather confused about your status and position within the industry. Can you tell the list what direct experience with digital cameras you have? What digital cameras or backs you own or have used extensively? Whether or not you derive all of your income from photography - by that I mean by commissions and/or selling your own images? Are you a professional photographer? Please don't take this as a personal attack. I'm happy to be lectured by anyone, provided they speak from a position of knowledge. So come on Dick tell us more.
