Yep, enlarge your file by 200% and try enlarging or reducing by one or two
pixels, each of two channels in turn (say R&G), leaving the third (say B)
alone. Then reduce back to original size. As chromatic abberation steadily
increases towards the edges, you can then composite the difference with the
original file. Nobody will ever know:)

Or, if you are hard enough, you can use PanoTools.
