It was created from a Stickies File when i selected a "Stationery" option and Photoshop was running at the same time.
It insists on trying to open itself with Photoshop which then tells me that the "Tool Presets" are not loaded. The icon shows a blue knurled knob sitting on a circular dial set within a square icon. There is an Adobe logo in top left corner and there is a blue band across the bottom with 'Tool" - can anybody please tell me what has happened and most importantly how can i open it?
