Yes there was less data, about 3.1gb compared to 4.2gb however the write
time for the 4.2gb burn was only about 8 mi nutes or, when I came back after
half an hour or more of verify time expecting it to be done it was only
about one eighth of the way through and I think had I left it it would have
taken about 4 hours.

The Verifying speed was much quicker on the 3.1gb disc about the same as the
write speed (6 minutes or so) the only difference being that it had no
Camera Raw files on it?

I cannot think of any other reason the time was extended so much

thanks

Stephen
