Erm, the Nikon LS-1000, to be exact. According to the reviewer, it produced
inferior results when compared to the later Nikon models.

Also, when scanning negs, it's optical resolution drops down to 3200 ppi,
not that much higher than the LS 4000 (2900 ppi) and less than the LS 5000
(4000 ppi).
