I'd prefer to call it observer metamerism (the same object appearing
different to two observers, human and camera/film).

A camera profile built with the new profile maker can usually fix this, if
the guy building the profile knows what he's doing. The software, with a
spectrophotometer, has means to force certain colours to be accurate by
measuring actual product (colours) and incorporating these into the profile.
