We are halfway through shooting a range of cars. The upholstery is black.

Shooting interiors on the Kodak SLRn the black is very, very magenta, grey &
black plastic has gone green.
I know that better digital cameras also suffer these problems (esp w/ some
dyed cloth) but I feel that the SLRn is more prone to the problem.
Oddly, the new 5.01 firmware has not solved the problem & may have
contributed to it.
It would be interesting to try the same shot with flash but there is no time
to experiment.
I will try to filter it out on camera with a Betterlight scanback filter
although its unlikely to work as the last poster said.

This is a problem which is not easy to retouch out.

On a positive note the camera performed well in the unbearably hot interior
of the car. The camera became almost too hot to hold.

Kind Regards
