Consider software that automatically makes keywords from file names and words in the folder path. When I prepare completed jobs for archiving, I make folders within folders within folders to give me all the description that would make a good keyword search. Eg: A job numbered file (with max 8 digits, as this prints on the back of prints from some (eg Frontier) printers) is located inside a folder of file description which is located inside a folder of subject title, which is inside a folder of client name. My database statistics show I have 9700 thumbnail records with 12500 keyword references. Too many to create manually for a hunt and peck typist!
