IIT is Image Info Toolkit. Basically it is a database where one can store keywords for adding to the IPTC fields. There are about four different ways to drag and drop the words in. Depending on the number of similars depends on which way I do it. For further reading see:-

I should have said in the earlier post that my final stage is to drag and drop thumbnails of the chosen images into Cumulus. For stock purposes I am looking at relatively few chosen images. Perhaps a maximum of 5,000 in a year but more realistically closer to 2,000.

I then use IIT software to add Keywords to the Tiffs.
Dear Bob,
Can you elaborate on this description - it sounds interesting. I'm looking for an OSX native software to continue filing an ever increasing hoard of digital files! Indecision has led to a big pile of DVD's.
