Ignore? Yep, another bug workaround:) - actually, to be precise, adding 3mm
of white to the base of the picture and 14mm to the left will centre it both
horizontally and vertically on the paper.

40x10in onto 13x44in paper @ 1440dpi = 45minutes

Make sure you flick the paper thickness lever to 'plus' and recalibrate the
print heads - this is essential.
