To reiterate previous postings, the Monaco DC Colour profiling software should solve your problems.
This software has a good reputation and is very easy to use, with either the standard Macbeth Colour Checker (24 swatches) or the newer DC Colour Checker (250+ swatches!).
Profiling is speedy, so there is no reason why custom profiles for a digital camera cant be created for each lighting situation and then applied to the relevant files in PS.
