There is another way, probably quicker. If the person you are replying to has setup their email client properly, ie, their NAME shows in the FROM field and NOT their address (hint!), as some people have and then cause problems for the really helpful people who post to ProDig and forget to delete the auto quoted email address... Where was I? Ah, yes, simply input the sender's name in the To: field and your email client "should" give you a choice of addresses. For example, if I type Francis, I get a choice of all the Francis who have taken the time and trouble to fill in their name in the From field (hint!) and who are either in my address book or whose posts are somewhere in my email client's database. So, if you know the listmum's name, you're half way there to finding their address... HTH.
