Bob If using decent email client, here are a few ways of "seeing" the poster's email address: 1. Select the post and use shortcut keys to send only to the originator of the email. If you have Entourage (probably same for Outlook Express), use Ctrl+Alt+R [Cmd+Opt+R]. 2. Set your email client to reply to the original poster by default, rather than the mailing list (can lead to a lot of private discussions but also save possible embarrassment at times). 3. Select an email and choose View > Source (it may be under a different name but the command will be there). 4. Setup your email client so that when you hit Reply, the complete header will be quoted (not recommended). 5. When you select an email, your email client should display the address of the list and the original poster somewhere in the window. For example, Entourage shows the senders and ProDig's addresses and the subject heading in the bar that separate the subject window from the message window. If you want to send an email to one of the addresses, just Right-click on it and choose "New Message To." If you want to quickly add that contact to your address book, just double-click on it! Just a few ways of finding an email address of the sender. I am surprised there is no way of contacting a listmum from the ProDig website. I would put up a form that requires you to input your membership email, if it matches a database, it would allow you to send your message. Alternatively, setup special listmum addresses and automatically forward the messages. But that's just me! <g> Shangara Singh. __________________________________________________ :: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Photoshop CS :: Photoshop CS Essential Tips || Photoshop Glossary (eBooks) :: Examaids for Adobe & Macromedia Certification :: http://www.examaids.com || http://www.photoshopace.com =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
