I too have tried all of the canned solutions, and found them lacking/useless. My solution was to buy a very small (oil-less) hobby compressor for around �80. I then made a micro filter and have been able to keep the 1DS sensor pretty spotless. The corner problems I encountered were invariably after using the "proper" cleaning fluid and kit from Fixation. Once I had eradicated those, a quick squirt of air seems to do the trick.
