Having used hired digital gear for some time now, I am about to take the plunge and buy some.
I am in the fortunate (I think!) position of only ever owning Olympus cameras and lenses (fabulous glass, lousy company), so I have no loyalty, one way or another, towards Canon or Nikon. Ninety per cent of what I shoot ends up no bigger than A5. My inclination is to purchase a Kodak 14N/C with either of the forthcoming Fuji S3 or Canon 20D as backup. The question is which optics to go with? My requirements will be fairly narrow. Wide, stardard, short telephoto, plus macro and shift. I like the Canon L series, but...........? Thanks.
