Am I the only one who is at a complete loss as to what the point Martin
Orpen is trying to make. I can't work out why he appears to be so negative
about the whole issue. If he doesn't want to convert all his RAW images to
DNG I'm sure no-one will force him to!

To my mind Adobe have come up with an elegant solution to a problem that has
concerned many photographers, and the issue of what exactly the DNG file is
under the hood is maybe interesting, but rather irrelevant, if it solves the
problems we all worry about.

The converter has only been out a couple of days � give it a chance!
