I'm thinking of the fast Seagate Cheetah 15K Ultra 320 SCSI but I'm not sure what the 'Ultra 320' bit means.
The failed drive was a Seagate Barracuda 7200 Ultra SCSI Wide as is my scratch disk.
The only drives that have ever failed on me in 15 years were of that make!!!
