The Apple iPod (Photo) or otherwise is fine for loading images on occasionally but am not sure it is for lots of images at one go (2-4GB)

The way to get the images on is either with the Belkin iPod Media reader - which is sloooow. The other Belkin device is a direct from camera to iPod method - that is faster but still slow.

So whilst they are cool and great for music - they are not for high demand photo storage.

And the iPod Photo way of loading images is not really meant for RAW storage.
