Hi

I'm shooting with a Sinar 54M back on an Mamiya RZ using daylight as the sole light source. I try to keep the ISO at 25 to reduce noise in the image but when the light level is low the exposures are often over 1 second. I have noticed at 100% inspection of the image missing pixels randomly all over the image. Is this a fault or normal? Should i be shooting at a higher ISO to keep the shutter speed above 1sec?

Also the only standard profile for the camera that i have is the 54M flash setting. When shooting in daylight should i be using this profile? If not how do you build a daylight profile when the colour temperature changes throughout the day?

Any help gratefully received,

Gareth
