All that makes sense. However, to say a cart contains 17ml when only 12-14ml
is useable is misleading to say the least. Surely there's a case to be
answered before trading standards? They should advertise the useable
percentage and not the percentage used by their flawed design. <g>

If you go into a bar and order a pint, you expect a pint and not 3/4's. If
you buy a litre of wine and find the cork soaks up a quarter of the bottle,
which vino here would pay for a full litre?
 
I don't expect you to answer for Epson - would be good if you can! <g>
