Dear Richard, Would you care to elaborate? Given that I hate scanning with a vengeance, this sounds a damn sight more appealing. I know it was touched on some time ago, regarding copying paintings, old prints etc. My guess would be the following setup: An accurate lightbox as main source 1DS on copy stand, connected to shoot tethered. Zoom lens to frame and black card to mask off stray light from lightbox Draw blinds to eliminate other colour casts etc Shoot RAW files straight into C1 and also save to card What have I missed out?
