Dear Fellows.
We understand and appreciate the genuine concerns expressed under the "It's a sad day" thread, which is definitely not the most appropriate subject tittle to a follow up of a discussions on the issues that apparently many want to discuss on the list.
That was one of the reasons to close it down and closed it will remain.
Please use and adequate subject tittle to initiate new discussions, on the issues that seems to be in the air. I would strongly suggest to think twice before posting, just to make sure the discussions have not already been done and are already available in the archives.
We will gladly take into consideration any good proposal that has not yet been discussed , but again, please note that after the interesting week- long exchanges back in November,when many issues were brought out, all of us list mums have been involved with List owner and have ben discussing (off list) ever since, each and every angle we may have thought about regarding the list, testing diferent aspects of the new system, . Many many issues have been already put into discussion, some have been put to a rest, some are still under scrutiny.
That is what I have called the "administrative' activities, that we perform almost on a daily basis ,running on the background, on behalf of all ProDig, that we consider should not be part of the forum's discussions, as to provide you all with ample space to go on with your digital activities.
What we see as a way to assist you, some want to see as an attempt to block the exchange of info. It is not.
Again, if you still consider that are relevant issues that should be brought into a discussion, just open up a proper thread.
You all have to understand that a Closed Thread is by definition a Closed Thread and no discussion should follow under such tittle. This is standard in every forum and has to be respected by all. We expect this from all of you.
