We are working on doing this for Plone. Expect some communication later this
week in response to the Plone Strategic Planning Summit. You may like it.
It's built with tools like Genesis in mind. :)

I think having some visual, model-driven tools make sense for many users. In
the end, it'll just be about having multiple views onto a single model.
