That'd a fantastic idea.
I think if we had a possibly-graphical-or-easy-text-language solution
for creating workflows, and maybe married this with a ZopeSkel local
command to make it easy to slot it into an 'archetype' template package
or a 'plone' template package, then a lot of people would be very happy.
