I've used this with VFP apps in the past -works very well, as long as
you're not using ReFox -

My approach was a bit different that what you're doing with Speed Send -
the diff file is stored on a server (internal, external, intranet,
internet, etc) and the my custom apploader checks for a newer diff file,
finds it, applies it, then launches the application.
