area of taxation and has amended the tax code to remove almost all of
the reporting requirements of PAC

Do you know for a fact that the Bush administration did this? He may
have just signed it once congress passed it.
I think to do everything the Ds accuse him of he would have to be
superman. Not only that, the law applies equally to all pacs, not just
the R pacs.
