My point was that the naive customer would just go along in order to get the "latest/greatest" because for so long, upgrades *did* get you some cool new features. NVJ features are there just to entice you to upgrade, not provide you with anything actually useful. The mature customer actually evaluates a new product, instead of blindly upgrading.
