What kind of nonsense is that?  Do you sell a VFP license with your app?
 I don't sell the design tools, just the final product.

The M$ benefit is getting 2 servers sold.  Both need the OS, and one
should have SQL Server, the other IIS (free) but add on Sharepoint or
Reporting Services.  Heck if they play the cards right it might make 3
servers where the last one is for Exchange.
