Got a claim form in the mail today re: Watson et al. v. Dell Inc. et
al., Western District of Washington, No. C05-5200 RBI. Seems a class
action lawsuit against Dell to the tune of 17 million for folks who
opened Dell Preferred Accounts.
Ouch. otoh, it probably won't phase Dell though.
