The funny thing is, English Query has no clear competitor out there. I've
looked high and low, and there's nothing that comes even close. I will be at
SQL PASS this year, and I'm going to find out more about this. I already
know which people to ask.

Why would M$ want to pitch it?  If they did they may want to steal it....
