Sorry but that is hogwash. Gil was confusing light in photography and pigment in paint. They are very different. Just take the primary colors. They are different between pigment and light. Black is a color, just as white is a color in paint, where it's the absence of light or it's excess in photography. I have never heard of a "ticket me black" color for a vehicle.
