Extremely doubtful. Why? Because openly discussed pros and cons would
never have reached the point where a war was launched.
Ignoring the technical aspects of it, do you really think the majority
of us Americans would get off our fat kiesters and put in the effort
needed to make that work? I don't think we would, unfortunately.
