Would you care to explain what you mean by "defined DNA"? The person on
the link you provided had nothing to do with either the discovery of DNA, nor
of the nucleotide code for protein synthesis.

Ah, the old "pure probability" falsehood. As if the only thing that
could bring chemicals to bond with each other was strictly chance; that there
is no other affinity that could draw atoms to form molecules. This is so silly
as to wonder how anyone could take it seriously; if that premise were true,
then there would exist every molecules of possible combination of atoms in
equal amounts, since there is nothing but chance to form those molecules.
Ah, brings me back to the days of high school biology...
