Which is probably cost prohibitive.   We need to buy a minimum of 6 more 
computers.

I agree.  Maybe there's a misunderstanding about 64bit CPUs and 16bit apps here.

64bit Windows cannot run 16bit apps (DOS, FPW 2.6).
However a 64bit cpu running 32bit Windows *can*.

This probably means buying Windows seperately.
