We're making some proposals to a client about their need for an accounting software that uses our data along with their inputs. One option is us custom building an app to run at their site; another option is for us to modify an existing app that runs here at our shop and they send us periodic data and we in turn return reports to them; and the last option is them using Microsoft Dynamics GP with its Payable and Receivable Management modules. M$ Dynamic GP costs $25,000 plus $25,000 for installation/training plus moderate licensing fees & maintenance costs.
