I just got back from the bedroom, where I got my Tia Chi in for today. LOL

The land line runs me around $55.00 to $80.00 per month, which include
local and long distance calls, faxes, etc.

I use the land line to receive messages only; because, I was receiving
calls constantly asking me for donations to support various charities
for young and old alike, state and local law enforcement organizations,
and the local fire department organizations, college alumni associations
and causes, , etc. They are all worthy causes, and it's painful to turn
anyone away over a 5 to 10 minute telephone call, as various
organizations twists my arm for support. One day I even got a call
asking me to go to a mack jail. I would get out of jail by calling
friends to contribute to the charity, and when enough money was raised,
I would be released. LOL

I've tried to train my wife not to answer the land line as well, but she
sometime forget and bring the call to me. I've stopped responding to
her trying to hand me a call; unless, she can tell me exactly who is on
the line. LOL

I can't give up the land line; because, many important messages are left
on it include reminders to my wife to pick up her prescriptions or come
in for various medical exams, messages regarding interest in buy various
antiques, etc. Also, there's the telephone listing to consider.

Regards,

LelandJ
