Hi Geoff, Interesting question. What WOULD happen is that there would be an appeal which would put everything that *might* happen on hold until after the election, and after the second term if he managed to be re-elected. People aren't necessarily doing this for "now", but to resolve a constitutional issue once and for all. Expect Bammer to stonewall all the way to obscurity. His "presidential" library will be filled with trivialities, everything of substance about the guy is "secret". I suspect a very scary secret. -- Regards, Pete http://pete-theisen.com/ http://elect-pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
