There are multiple reasons why he may not be US citizen 1. The birth certificate has not been authenticated nor have they allowed forensic experts to view it. The digital scans of it have either been proven to be photoshops or have serious inconsistencies.
2. If the birth certificate is genuine, then there is a question whether the son of a current British citizen can be considered a "natural born citizen" since he already has dual citizenship. 3. After he was adopted by the Malaysian man and became a Malaysian citizen, there is a question of whether being a Malaysian citizen allows one to declare he is a "natural born citizen" 4. His SSN was issued in Connecticut even though he never lived in Connecticut 5.
